This CRL Production Router System with Templates is an amazing glass and mirror fabrication tool designed for use in any glass shop. The router can be used on material up to 1/2" (12.7 mm) thick and is designed for full time production routing. The unit is built around a DeWalt™ 120 volt 60 hz Router, a precision built three HP machine with an 8,000 to 23,000 RPM electronically controlled speed range.

A selection of CRL Plated and High Performance Brazed Router Bits are available as stock items, and other shapes are available on special order. CRL Router Bits can be used on glass, mirror, laminated glass, ceramic and marble. High performance Brazed Router Bits are generally used on thick glass for longer life and more aggressive grinding action.

Included is the CRL Router Template System which comes with everything you need to fabricate perfect switch plate cut-outs, small circles, and angles with almost no practice. With a basic understanding of your CRL Production Glass Router, using the templates is easy. The clear plastic frame has four suction cups that hold it securely to the glass. Six standard templates come with the most common cut-outs made by most glaziers.

This CRL Production Router comes complete with a portable pressure tank, quick disconnects, valve to control coolant flow, 1 roll of glass protect film, ground fault interrupt circuit, six diamond router bits, wrenches, bottle of CRL Diamond Tool Coolant and complete instructions for use.
